Eclipse: Premature end of xml file

EclipseでAndroidアプリ開発しているときに、XMLファイルに「Premature end of xml file」とのWarningが出る。
調べてみたけどよくわからない。

I cleaned the project, rebuilt the xml file, and it works fine.

こう書いてあるように、ProjectをCleanしてRebuildすると直る。
